Two Industrial Parks are located in Thomaston & Upson County 

Thomaston-Upson Industrial Park is located two miles east of downtown Thomaston on State Route 36 East, and has 465 acres featuring excellent rail service, highway transportation, and close proximity to our regional airport, with the largest tract approximately 85 acres.
 

Central Georgia Business and Technology Park is located on State Route 36 East, approximately six miles east of downtown Thomaston.  This park is a 294-acre site also featuring excellent rail service, highway transportation, adjacent to the regional airport.
