]]> The Central Georgia Business and Technology Park is a 240-acre park that features the entire utility infrastructure an industry would need.
The Technology Park was recently named “Georgia Ready for Accelerated Development” (GRAD) by the Georgia Allies, and has a master plan that prospects may use when planning the construction of their operation. GRAD information includes: Topography, Wetland Delineation, Phase I Environmental Study, Infrastructure Map, Endangered Species and Archeology studies, and much more.
The park has the following amenities:

  • 12-inch water main
  • 8-inch sewer main
  • 6-inch gas line at the park
  • Windstream fiber in the park
  • Freeport Exemptions for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 commercial and industrial inventory at 100% for each class
  • Tier 2 Job Tax Credit Ranking
